$6.00Price

Tefillah Dots & Boxes: Ein Keloheinu Edition is a two-player Hebrew reading game that builds fluency with the key words of the Ein Keloheinu prayer. As students play, they read the prayer's recurring vocabulary aloud, so the tefillah becomes familiar through practice rather than memorization alone.

The game follows the classic dots-and-boxes format with a "Say it before you Play it" rule. Partners take turns drawing a line between two neighboring dots, and whenever a line crosses a Hebrew word, the player reads it aloud before the move counts. Completing the fourth side of a box lets the player claim it and take another turn. When the grid is full, the player with the most boxes wins. Because claiming boxes depends on reading correctly, students practice the prayer's words in every round.

The download includes two game boards for multiple rounds, a reference sheet with the full Ein Keloheinu text and English translation, and printed instructions. Print enough for the class and reuse the boards year after year.
